Here’s what most people ask before joining the Alliance — and our answers to help you get started with confidence.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, email us at support@flafm.org with your full name and the email address you joined with. We’ll process your cancellation within 24 hours, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I access member resources?
Once you join, you’ll receive an email with a link to your member resource folder. We’ll also email you whenever new resources are added so you can access the latest tools and updates right away.
Will I get updates via email?
Absolutely. Members receive regular updates, exclusive content, and event invites via email, so you’ll always be in the loop.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, you can join a higher membership tier at any time. However, we can’t pro-rate the difference between tiers — your new membership will start fresh at the higher level’s rate.
